Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! I am sharing my 5 best tips and advice for yoga beginners. These are things that I wish I knew when I was first starting out with my yoga practice.
When I first began my yoga practice, I did not like it. I thought that it was not for me, and I had no idea about the really amazing impact it could have on my life. My point is that I didn't really know what it was, and I quit. I did not end up starting again until about 3 years later. That's 3 years without yoga that I will never get back.
Don't let this happen to you! Take the time to learn about yoga and how what it really is at its core. Understand that yoga is not what it appears to be on the surface, and be patient with yourself.
