Holosync is a brainwave entrainment program created by Bill Harris that takes you into deep meditation and helps you achieve a profound state of peace and serenity. I was very excited about trying Holosync. and my first 2 weeks with Holosync were nothing short of bliss
I initially fell in love with Holosync because of its beautiful soundscapes and how easily it centered me. However, I experienced side effects with Holosync and have learned why things did not work out with this meditation.

This is my honest review of the Holosync Meditation and how it stacks up against other meditation programs using other brainwave entrainment technology such as isochronic tones.

Centerpointe Holosync Meditation Review - Don't Buy Centerpointe Holosync!
Centerpointe Holosync is the original binaural beats meditation but it's showing it's age.
Zen 12 binaural beats meditation is newer and quicker.
Centerpointe Holosync works well - so long as you've got the time to spend on it.
That's a lot of time: each level takes a year or more to complete and there are a dozen levels (plus the initial one).
So in a decade's time, assuming you're keen, you'll still be going through the Centerpointe Holosync system.
You'll also need to dedicate an hour's uninterrupted time each and every day to listen to the Centerpointe MP3s.
That's a lot of time to take out of anyone's day - I managed for a long while when I was using Centerpointe Holosync binaural beats meditation but then life got in the way too often and I lapsed.
You don't get anything like as much benefit from the program if you do that too often.
If you've got the patience of a saint and a lot of perseverance, Centerpointe Holosync can definitely work.
But if you want results that are almost instant and can be achieved in just 12 minutes per day, the Zen 12 meditation system is a lot more real world.
It's got the same binaural beats meditation process.
But it only needs 12 minutes a day.
Plus you're not stuck with listening to the sound of rainfall for an hour - you can choose rainfall, nature sounds, white noise or a guided meditation.
And since you get access to all those options, you can mix and match depending on your mood at the time.
The Zen 12 meditation system is just as good as the Centerpointe Holosync system.
But it gets results much, much quicker.

We meditate to get good at life not at meditation, so for most of us is just a tool ????
It's like here's the science behind why stress is making us stupid and here's the science behind why meditation can make you better at life.
And that's different for everybody. Do you want to be a better dad, do you want to be a better wife, do you want to be better at your job, want to be better at learning new things or skills?!
But when you're stressed, you're wasting your mental and physical energy so you're not able to show up as the most amazing version of you.
???? So if you're committing to a daily discipline of meditating, then you basically have more cylinders, you have more mental and physical energy to do the things you want to do in your life.
???? Breaking out mindfulness and meditation, how we separate those two, and why is separating them (and understanding the difference) important:
Meditation, at its most basic definition, is a stress relieving tool. That's it, it's a tool to get rid of stress in your body so that you can do what you want to do in your life.
Now where gets a little tricky is that most people are using the terms mindfulness and meditation as synonyms, but they're actually not the same thing.
I would define mindfulness as the art of bringing the awareness into the present moment. Powerful and necessary, especially in this day and age we've all become bulimic of the brain and we're ingesting technology all day every day.
We could practice mindfulness right now, we could take a mindful breath, we could feel our feet on the ground, are we could have a mindful meal.
Meditation is so so important for us because we're actually giving the body rest it's five times deeper than sleep, and that's not an insignificant point because when you give your body the rest it needs, it knows how to heal itself. And one of the things that it's healing itself from the stress, interestingly not only the stress from the now because that's what mindfulness does, the meditation is getting rid of the stress from your past.
Your metabolic rate decreases, which simply means that your breathing slows (it doesn't make you gain weight, no worries), your heart rate slows, and your body temperature cools. That happens within 30 to 45 seconds of practicing this technique, it's different type of rest.
When we're meditating the opposite happens, body is getting deep healing rest, but brain is on guard.
And so it's almost the opposite of what everyone thinks of when they think of meditation. You're gonna hear everything, you're hyper aware and alert about your surroundings, but it is that mental alertness that allows your body to get deep healing rest, and then you're more awake on the other side.
